  • Integrative Palliative Care/Psycho-Oncology Telehealth Intervention in Patients With Advanced Cancer

open to eligible people ages 18 years and up

This trial investigates whether a joint and integrative approach to cancer care using palliative care and psycho-oncology is possible, and if it's beneficial to patients with cancer that has spread to other places on the body (advanced). The information gained from this study may help patients to learn about the medicinal and non-medicinal strategies to cope with their symptoms and side effects of their diagnosis and treatment while receiving peer support, in addition to standard individualized medical care.

  • Phase II Trial of AZD6738 Alone and in Combination With Olaparib

open to eligible people ages 18 years and up

This phase II trial studies how well ATR kinase inhibitor AZD6738 works alone or in combination with olaparib in treating participants with renal cell carcinoma, urothelial carcinoma, all pancreatic cancers, endometrial cancer, and other solid tumors excluding clear cell ovarian cancer that have spread to nearby tissue or lymph nodes or other parts of the body. ATR kinase inhibitor AZD6738 and olaparib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. It is not known if giving ATR kinase inhibitor AZD6738 with or without olaparib may work better in treating participants with solid tumors.
